I do a lot of research in Real Estate, Investing, the Market and Money in general and in my latest read "The Automatic millionaire Homeowner" It hit on some simple time tested and brutally honest Truths about money that I just shook my head and said to my self "Why doesn't everybody do this" but thats for another blog... I'll share these truths with you here.
You can't get rich renting.
You don't need a lot of money to buy a home.
You don't need good credit to buy a home
You should buy a home even if you have credit card debt.
You can build a fortune by buying just a few homes over the course of a lifetime.
Homeowners get rich Landlords get really rich.
This week I will touch on why renting will not make you rich. well I don't profess to know it all but this is just one of those things that I see first hand every day when I sell a first time buyer a home usually they are saving and sacrificing to buy this home and living sometimes paycheck to pay check. I have had the pleasure of being hired to sell this same couples home and this time their financial situation is drastically different. no More pay check to pay check they have equity they are Established! That of course is not only because of the home but chances are if they were still renting they would not be in this position.
