Investment Property sends Jr. to College!!

With the rapid increase in college tuition lately can be alarming if not planned for accordingly. The time to plan is not when they graduate high school! Prepare now to avoid finacial hardships before they graduate is best when they are in elementary or middle school age.

Here is how to do it without having to sock away every bit of extra money you work so hard for at the end of the month in to a college fund. A better solution is to fund tuition with an Investment property, "eight if you have a promising doctoral candidate". You can purchase an inexpensive home here in York, Pa with a 10 or 15 year mortgage and still maintain positive cash flow. When tuition is due, you can sell or refinance a house as needed to pay for tuition, books ,room&board ect;.

All intrest on rental property is Tax deductible and the tenant is the one "Sending Jr. to College" Buy one property for each year of college and you shouldn't have to sacrifice by having to dip into your savings account or mortgage your personal home. Single family homes are easy to manage and the renants generally stay for sevral years. Give me a call or email to find out how this type of property can benefit you're investment strategies and share my expertise in York to make your purchase smooth and prifitable.

..till next time

VERY interesting!  I have some credit issues to deal with first. But I will be in touch to get started in this investment opportunity. I know what you say is right my brother in law bought a house every palce he was stationed in the Navy, kept them and rented them when they sent him somewhere else. he is 38 and now has about 2 million in properties that are almost paid off.

Man, I wish I had listened to him!

Talk to you soon.
