New Pennsylvania Landlord Lease questions?
You know one of the most asked questions I get is about landlord rights and the famous "when can I evict?" Well my rebuttal to that is usually with another question "whats it say on your lease?" The worst time learn about your lease is not sitting in front of a Judge or a Magistrate and they ask you a question like did you post notice? and you have to thumb through your lease in court. the judge will not say "gimme here I'll let you know if your lease requires it" they will most likely grant the Tennant an extension and you are out another months rent. So the moral of the story is know your lease!
