1.) How do I know my home is part of the home owners association?
If you live in any of the addresses listed here you are part of Dauberton Home Owners Association.
2.) I live in a condo. and I am part of the condo. association am I also part of the Dauberton Home Owners Association?
Yes the Dauberton Homeowners association includes the condos, your condo association imposes different restrictions and you must abide by both, Also you do not pay another association Fee only your condo Fee.
3.) Why does my Post Light come on at night by it self?
We do not have street lights in Dauberton so to save money and in order not to impose special assesment fees ,as part of the regulations all homes must include a working post light with a photo-cell lens. This is our only form of street lighting so for everybody's safety, Please make sure your post light is working.
4.) Can I Park on the street?
Short answer is no! there are to be no on street parking in the main roads in Dauberton.
5.) Can I have a Pool installed?
Yes as long as it is an In ground pool approved by the township/borough with the correct fencing approved by the Board. No above ground Pools Allowed.
6.) Can I put up a Fence?
You may put up a 4 foot fence complying with the township/borough any higher must be approved by the dauberton board.
7.) Are there any association fees imposed to the homeowners?
Due to the sale of the golf course previously owned by the association and sound financial planing, the association has differd collection of any fees from home owners as of late due to our surplus. However if funds are to ever in danger of being depleted in the future we do hold the right per the By Laws to collect monthly fees or for special assesments or both.
8.) What if I bought my home and was not informed of the association?
Pennsylvania Real Estate Disclosure Law Requires that the Seller or the Sellers Agent disclose the existence of a Homeowners /Condo Association. and in the case of a condo association give you up to 10 days to review association rules and regulations. You may want to consult your Realtor or the Seller. |
